Where is Villamar located?

Villamar Apartments is situated in Lance aux Epines just off of L'anse aux Epines Main Road. We are directly on the St. George's University bus route and approximately ten minutes from SGU by car.

Driving directions: If you are driving down L'anse aux Epines Main Road from Grand Anse Valley Road, take the 4th right turn. We are the second property on the right, adjacent to the West Indies Beer Company (AKA The Brewery).

How do I book an apartment?

Contact us to learn more about our available apartments. To secure your lease, you will be required to sign the lease agreement and make a payment of the first month's rent and security deposit.

Is it possible to view apartments while on Island?

Absolutely. Contact us to set up an appointment for viewing Monday - Friday between 8:00am - 4:00pm. Villamar is easily accessible by the SGU bus or by taxi. You can find more information on the SGU bus routes by visiting SGU website's Transportation page. (If you are unable to visit, no problem! We can send you photos via email of whichever units you are interested in or we can schedule a virtual viewing).

Is Villamar pet-friendly?

Yes, Villamar allows pets on the property. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and must ensure that their pets do not cause disturbance to other residents.

Is Villamar safe?

Villamar's location in Lance aux Epines is considered to be safe. For your peace of mind, we have surveillance cameras around the property as well as a security guard who watches over the property every night. Nonetheless, residents are advised to always be aware of their surroundings and keep doors and windows locked, especially when leaving the property.

What is included in the monthly rental rate?

The monthly rate includes weekly housekeeping, Wifi, water, parking, security, cable, access to laundry facilities, and pool use. Electricity is not included in the rate and is billed separately at the end of each cycle.

What is the average cost of electricity per month?

This will vary among residents. We have seen electricity bills range from $150-$600 or more depending on how often the residents use their air conditioning units.

How do you accept rent and electricity payments?

We accept payments via credit card (Visa and MasterCard) in person or over the telephone, cash, cheque, or international wire transfer.

How do residents report maintenance issues?

Residents can visit, call, or email the Villamar office to report any issues. The on-site manager and maintenance staff can respond quickly to issues reported by residents.
